NightSearcher Returns Policy
At NightSearcher, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must include a receipt or proof of purchase, printed and placed in the returns package.
To start a return, please contact us at Sales@nightsearcher.co.uk or call us at +44(0) 2392 389 774. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a reputable courier or recorded delivery service to ensure the safety of your return. Please retain proof of postage or a tracking number, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they are received.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@nightsearcher.co.uk.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Sales@nightsearcher.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost to you.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items and gift cards.

6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product. This ensures that the new product can be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, regardless of the reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
